The International Examiner’s first edition began circulation in 1974 with a subscription rate of $3. It was initially intended to be a monthly publication. To reflect its broadening coverage, the Examiner started publishing the newspaper twice a month in 1981. Since its inception in 1974, the International Examiner has published continuously up to date. Currently the Examiner publishes bi-weekly, the first and third Wednesday of each month. The deadline for submission is at least one week prior to publication.
